Role Summary/Purpose: The cost program leader will be a key resource in enabling the component teams to deliver global cost competitiveness and accelerate the achievement of cost out targets. They will be responsible for completing detailed financial analysis on component team projects & prioritizing cut in to maximize impact. The role will also play an essential program management role in guiding projects from idea to completion.
Essential Responsibilities: The role will require knowledge of finance, sourcing, manufacturing and program management coupled with the personality traits of a highly motivated self-starter with creative problem solving abilities.
  • Own financial models for component teams
  • Global PV & cut-in analysis for components
  • Support analysis for weekly cost reviews
  • Support cost estimators in setting standards & CHB
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Extensive experience in finance / accounting
  • Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

  • Strong project management & leadership skills
  • Knowledge of cost accounting
  • Strong IM skills: Congnos, BRIO, Oracle
  • Supply chain finance experience: Should costing
