Role Summary/Purpose: The global cost competitiveness leader will play an essential role for Renewables in building sustainable cost competitiveness capability. The role will lead a team of cost program leaders who will support and enable the component teams to deliver on their financial and operational targets. The development of an integrated culture between the component teams and the current year financials is essential.
Essential Responsibilities: The role will also be accountable for ensuring timely project cut in and global reporting. The role will require experience leading a team an knowledge of sourcing, manufacturing and program management coupled with the personality traits of a highly motivated self-starter with creative problem solving abilities.
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly COE reporting
  • Lead team of cost analysts: prioritize work load & deliverables across COE
  • Owns implementation of global processes
  • Development of team capability
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Extensive finance / accounting experience
  • Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

  • Strong project management & leadership skills
  • Knowledge of cost accounting
  • Strong IM skills: Congnos, BRIO, Oracle
  • Supply chain finance experience: Should costing
