| Role Summary/Purpose: | The Lead Systems Engineer will be a self-driven systems engineer responsible for leading the design team in collection of VOC (Open Circuit Voltage) and implementation into sub-system and component specifications. You will be experienced enough to immediately add value by identifying problems with the existing system design and add a fresh perspective to our existing understanding. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | As the Lead Systems Engineer, you will participate in whiteboard discussion, record into documentation a joint teaching-learning scenario travel to battery suppliers and end customers in Asia, Europe, and North America, and identify / resolve system level problems, requirement management / allocation, and system design generation.
