Role Summary/Purpose: | To increase Current solution sales, market share and brand awareness by servicing selected Project Customers in Australia. Focused on Energy solutions to the markets, this role will represent Lighting, Solar, Storage, EV charging and Connectivity solutions to end users, Project Managers, specifiers, designers, consulting Engineers and Major Electrical Contractors in those markets. |
Essential Responsibilities: | To develop and grow GE Current solution sales, market share and brand awareness to end clients seeking profitable energy solutions through active engagement and selling solutions to strategic customers, Major end users, Project Managers, specifiers, designers, consulting Engineers and Major Electrical Contractors (Target Audience). Financial Agility - Develop detailed go to market plan for the business within the target audience. - Monthly Tracking of revenue in allocated area with a view to supplementing growth options through specification of available products. - Increase product sales revenue by promoting our products and delivering exceptional service to our customers. - Monitor and analyse the sales performance of key targets and take required action where necessary. - In conjunction with product Managers Identify new product which will add growth and value to the overall business Market Growth - Further development and growth of the target list to include new contacts and opportunities - Management of the Contact Database to share leads and grow Current Business Opportunities. - Develop and implement strategies with the target audience that will increase our market share, cement our relationships with targets, build brand awareness and counter competitor initiatives. - Work with product management team and marketing support team to develop Materials to support the efficient promotion and sales of Current solutions . - Identify and respond to Project opportunities that will build brand awareness and increase our market share within the target Audience. - Motivate Target Audience to promote and sell our products by building our relationship with them, providing them with current information and sales support. Customer Service - Constantly liaise personally with our top customers to service their needs, communicate important information and identify opportunities. - Coordinate and deliver regular business updates on the opportunities within the target audience. - Identify and coordinate customer and end user training. Innovation and Excellence - Review Design plans and facilitate the sale of GE products suitable to those plans. - Provide feedback in order to help to develop competitive edge information to position Current solutions - Constantly assess how we can create better business relationships with our customers. - Analyse market information and customer feedback to assist in the development of product enhancements and future strategies. |
Qualifications/Requirements: | - Relevant Bachelor or Masters Degree - Strategic sales experience. - Project Sales experience in Lighting/ Energy industry - Proven key account management and project planning skills. - Strong customer focus and desire to continuously improve expertise - Good understanding of Digital solutions in Lighting and Energy related fields. |
