| Role Summary/Purpose: | Encargado del análisis y mejoramiento de los procesos involucrados en el servicio de Bombeo Electrosumergible con alcance a nivel nacional. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | 1) Conocer, Entender y Analizar los diferentes procesos que se llevan a cabo en el servicio de bombeo electrosumergible, principalmente los que realizan en la planta de Corporación ESP Venezuela durante la manufactura, desarme, reparación y Teardown de equipos y partes destinados al servicio de bombeo electrosumergible y de superficie. 2) Evaluar con trazabilidad registrable y de manera continua las actividades realizadas en la planta y servicio de campo de Corporación ESP Venezuela, a bien corregir desviaciones y optimizar el empleo de tiempo y recursos. 3) Sugerir cambios en las instrucciones y procesos del taller y de campo de Corporación ESP Venezuela, a bien optimizar tiempo y recursos. 4) Apoyar en las actividades de Teardown y reportes de análisis de fallas. 5) Apoyar en las auditorias internas y externas que demuestran cumplimiento con el sistema de gestión ISO 9000. 6) Generar, alimentar y administrar las bases de datos que se requieran para la trazabilidad de información del departamento de Control de Calidad, esto incluye las estimaciones de precios para reparaciones. 7) Asegurar que se tomen las acciones correctivas necesarias para eliminar las no conformidades relacionadas con su área. 8) Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos establecidos en los sistemas de gestión de la Calidad, de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, y de Ambiente. |
