| Role Summary/Purpose: | The Region Product Line Leader - Generator is responsible for being a long-term strategic thinker while analyzing the region’s market dynamics - which include the energy markets, power development plans, equipment installed base, and competitive intelligence – to formulate the region’s strategic product plan including new product ideas. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | * Be the focal point for regional activities in your product line segment * Be the primary point of contact between the region and HQ PL organization * Work with the HQ PL team to reconcile existing GE and Alstom products to ensure best offering for our region customers * Lead the overall product management strategy for the region, including coordination with HQ PL for new product development to meet region customer needs * Support the sales team with the roll-out of new products, technical trainings, and the creation of new growth campaigns |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | * Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, Finance or Business * Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a technical, commercial or product line functions * Structured problem solving and analytical skills * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills * Strong oral and written communication skills * Good presentation skills |
