Is the first contact to our clients to provide advice and first evaluation on technical matters to ensure the satisfaction of the customer and optimal operation of the pressure control subsea equipment |
Essential Responsibilities: | *Provide direction and assistance to clients to meet assigned objectives. * Act as a technical resource for completing repairs * Provide final quality control and customer reports * Help set and drive equipment installation * Installation and supervision of clients' operative personnel, to ensure the optimum and secure operation of the equipment. *Attend maintenance services required by the clients, through the realization of a corrective or preventive maintenance. * Give technical support and assistance to clients, providing technical information regarding installation, maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring the clients' understanding of the functioning and operation of the equipment. * Elaboration of services reports, describing the activities performed during the service, attaching every necessary support * Sending the report to the field manager for its revision and approval, in order to send it for the respective billing. |
Qualifications/Requirements: | * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills * Ability to excel and lead in employee empowered, team environment * Strong Project Management skills * 3 years of maintenance experience * 1 years Subsea pressure control equipment experience |
