| Role Summary/Purpose: | He or She should be in a position to independently Execute Application /Project specific Test Automation activities for pipeline inspection and integrity applications and also to drive execution, and FTY with in team and also with contractors as required. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | - Drive standardization and productivity of test automation for PII software applications. -Test cases development, Test Frame work development and Scripts execution through Automated Testing Environment (QTP), Egg plant and Quality Management using QC. - Interface with other global and Internal engineering teams for getting Test specifications prepared, Get Internal and external reviews done. - Maintaining Traceability and owning responsibility of Test Coverage and results. |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | - BE/B-Tech Degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering. - 7-8 years’ work experience in Test Automation either in engineering domain. - Good working Knowledge on using QTP and QC tools and hands on experience in testing at a System level (Desktop, Web applications). - Good working knowledge and practical experience in Image/Graphical user interface applications. - Knowledge of Various interfaces with third party systems. - Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems. - Strong analytic and problem solving skills. - Good interpersonal & organizational skills. - Ability to work autonomously and take decisions. - Ability to be an effective Contributor of multi-cultural Teams. |
