| Role Summary/Purpose: | GE Renewable Energy Leadership Program accelerates the development of renewable energy-focused talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars. Participants complete three or four position rotations within a two-year period in GE’s Renewable Energy platform which includes Wind, Solar and the Global Research Center. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | During each of the 3 to 4 rotations, you will be working with fellow business leaders and team members on business critical issues with broad impact. In addition between first and second year, you will work with fellow RELPs on a Cap Stone Project during the Growth Playbook Period. Upon completion of the RELP Program, you will take an off program role within Renewables that continues to grow your expertise as a leader. |
