Role Summary/Purpose: The Senior Outage Excellence Leader will be primarily responsible to develop strategic and drive programs and ensure that the operation metrics for Power Generation Services business are met according to the requirements and standards laid down by the business.


He/She is also responsible to leverage practices and standards from Global Services Excellence team and operationalize these standards to the region.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop, define region key performance indicators and metrics, and through metrics work with region team on action plans to improve operation excellence.
  • Drive region operation rhythm in outage readiness and outage excellence
  • Be proficient to processes and systems (such as Outage Excellence, P6, CSA, OFS, FSP, PGS Portal) and identify opportunity areas to simplify and improve internal processes by working with global on standards and common platform.
  • Be the key support to the region team on supporting, implementing and executing these processes and systems utilization, engagement between the COE and region team.
  • Be the facilitator to new onboarding employee, to familiarized on the systems and processes
  • Lead COE reviews & focus on improvements
    -Support integration of the region/global initiatives such as Outage 360, and be a single point owner for broader business initiatives where the region PGS team is being asked to support; filter accordingly and support as needed to ensure region PGS goals are being supported
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of power generation related experience, including value selling and driving customer value.
  • 3+ yrs of experience in evolving Contractual Services business
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the region
  • Proven ability to accomplish results thru the matrix organization.
