Role Summary/Purpose: The purpose of this position is to support and coordinate the manufacturing processes of hollow fiber module production.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Leading of process improvement and scrap reduction projects.
  • Root cause analysis of issues, take corrective action in order to improve OEE.
  • Support employee suggestion system.
  • Continuous development and optimization of manufacturing processes
  • Support for introduction of new technologies, products, manufacturing processes and methods
  • Control the fulfillment of EHS, QC/QA and other relating GE standards
  • Coordinate the daily operative task of Technicians and Shift-leaders
  • Ownership of operator’s work description, continuous improvement based on production needs and further development
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • MSc or BSc degree from Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience with a strong focus in quality, and problem solving.
  • Must have a solid understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Strong technological knowledge, and experience of automated and PLC controlled production
  • Strong initiation and analytical skill
  • Open to learn and develop new processes and methods
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Good team player
  • Demonstrated oral, written, and computer communication skills in the Hungarian and English languages
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of MS excel, and a basic understanding of MS word, PowerPoint, outlook, and Internet explorer

  • Statistic skills, SPC and problem solving tools
  • Six sigma, Lean, Kaizen experience
  • Knowledge of Minitab
  • CAD experience
  • Base PLC knowledge or controller tuning experience
