Role Summary/Purpose: | The Account Manager demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role, you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. |
Essential Responsibilities: | -Drive sales growth to new customers -Monitor special programs and coordinate both internally and externally with the customer -Clearly define and communicate problems as perceived by the customer |
Qualifications/Requirements: | -B.S. Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, or Chemistry, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline plus at least 5 years experience in the water treatment field -Solid communication skills (both written and verbal) -Strong interpersonal and personal leadership skills -High degree of personal initiative -Self motivation with a ownership -High standard of integrity/compliances -Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook |
