| Role Summary/Purpose: | |
| Essential Responsibilities: | Design and development of controls for the simple cycle and combined cycle projects. *Creating HMI interface graphics using P&ID, SLD’s. *Develop control logics in GE Mark Vie DCS platform using control narratives, logic sheets. *Interface with global supply chain for manufacturing and ordering of controls equipment. * Interface with third party equipment PLC’s /relays etc using standard OPC, Modbus, and Profibus IEC protocols. *Conduct customer FAT’s demonstrate and validate controls functionality |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/instrumentation engineering. *Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in DCS controls, plant controls for power generation. *Hands- on experience with DCS / PLC’s. *Strong written communication skills. Capable of writing technical documents and clearly conveying complex technical issues in a written format. *Ability to work in a team. *Self-starter that can accept broad based assignments and work with limited direction from lead. |

The candidate should possess trong English skills (oral and written). The candidate should have logical thinking and analytical skills for troubleshooting engineering issues . The candidate should have good exposure e to control system design and architecture and familiar with network components / Ethernet protocol. GB certification for GE candidates. |
