| Role Summary/Purpose: | To design, develop and deploy software applications on Energy Management domains for customer requirements. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | 1. Support M&S contracts with customer and if required provide 24x7 support 2. Understand and design of software solutions. 3. Strong problem solving skills in resolving customer issues. 4. Lead the design, development and testing of SCADA software applications 5. Strictly follow all quality and documentation processes 6. Travel to customer sites to solve customer issues, installation, commissioning and SAT activities. 7. Interact with customers on requirement specifications 8. Liaise and communicate effectively with the Project Management, Service Team, Customers, and Sales Team to provide superior customer support. |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | 1. B Tech/BE/ME/M.Tech in Electrical or Computer Science from reputed institutes 2. Excellent programming skills in C/C++ on UNIX (SOLARIS, AIX or HP) 3. Ability to work in a group environment as a team player and be flexible with customer change requests. 4. Solid communication skills (oral & written) |
