Role Summary/Purpose:	The Country Operations Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Essential Responsibilities:	* Manage an operations team in South Korea which includes salary planning, performance appraisal, career counseling, and disciplinary action as required. * Responsible for P&L of Contractual Services Agreements and Site Customer interface. * Responsible for site level customer relationship and Asia headquarter level customer relationship. * Responsible for implementation of customer values initiatives, productivity of contract and reliable performance of units. * Responsible for Outage Execution performance. * Interface with Parts, Services and Repair organizations to ensure customer expectations are being met. * Responsible for communications with Atlanta headquarters team on issues and information. * Responsible for customer satisfaction with GE performance.
Qualifications/Requirements:	* Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college * At least 8-10 years of experience in a field services/operations environment with knowledge in turbines * Prefer with some experience in a managerial role * Willingness and ability to travel often within the country * Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions * Able to work independently * Sound business & financial acumen Local package will be offered to the successful candidate
