On the other hand, there are technologists who are working on Smart Grid technology under Digital Energy for efficient transmission and distribution of energy as well as creating a new paradigm in the world of energy conservation through smart meters and applications. There are those, who are involved in validating the technology and customizing it to suit the needs of the customers, doing on-site installations and after market services for direct customers. | Role Summary/Purpose: | As a Business Analyst, be responsible for development - on time delivery & quality of Power Generation PLM releases. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | - Responsible for development and delivery of projects - Responsible for code quality & coding guidelines adherence - Responsible for coding guidelines and development to design adherence - Root causing critical issues and technical help to development team - Prioritize and deliver development activities handling dynamic & changing needs - Work with vendor development teams & coordinate the release development - Highlight design gaps with architects and bring to closure - Be the liaison for the Functional team on technical issues - Responsible for Performance & Availability of PLM application - Own & Drive sustenance releases with in schedule & quality - Communication rhythm with stakeholders on development plans, progress & risks - Work across multiple projects simultaneously - Involve actively with development teams to design for RTS - Compliance to processes and measurements |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | - BE / BTech / ME/MTech/MCA or equivalent degree - 7+ yrs of development experience in a software company with min. of 1+ yrs in development lead role - Extensive knowledge of Enovia PLM implementations - Proficient in software development life cycle& experience in agile development, short release cycles and the full software lifecycle. - Knowledge in TCL and MQL scripts. - Expert ability to analyze / interpret technical data - Strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills - Ability to influence peers, managers, executives, and other teams - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable organizational skills to effectively work with the Global teams - Demonstrated experience working successfully in a fast-paced matrix organization, and adapting to changing priorities and features - Ability to learn new technology and build in-depth expertise - Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously |
