Role Summary/Purpose: | The role will lead sales projects and initiatives in the South Asia region for the Renewables business. The role is a senior sales role that will contribute to the overall business strategy. |
Essential Responsibilities: | - Responsible for the entire operating plan for the sales team, across the portfolio of products and services - Identify areas to penetrate and grow profitability for the region, interfacing with the marketing team to drive high value solutions - Develop customer strategies, campaign plans - and leadership in their execution. Has the overall ownership to structure, price, negotiate and close deals - Build customer relationships and communication across levels, especially at senior level - Responsible for customer satisfaction, evaluation, plans, and follow through - Integrate information, resources, and activities within the region and/or among global regions - Meet or exceed operational requirements: analytical reporting, Session C, operating reviews, SII, cost, etc. |
Qualifications/Requirements: | - Bachelors/Master degree from accredited University - 8+ years' experience in a sales, marketing, customer facing product support roles - Strong knowledge of the Renewables industry in India (Wind, Solar) and competitive landscape understanding - Strong knowledge of the applications for product lines and markets, strategic or product marketing exposure - Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions - Able to develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels, including the CEO & CEO staff level - Proven leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills - Strong oral and written communication skills |
