| Role Summary/Purpose: | To disassemble and to assemble / to install gas turbine components to be repaired and those that have been repaired in order to be ready for the next process, to measure the components, to make sure they are within the acceptable limits. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | 1. Stack-Unstack / Assembly – Disassembly of Turbine components to prepare for repair processes and measure the components to make certain that they are within the acceptable limits. 2. Maintain the condition of working environment to be clean, comfortable, safe and healthy according to the Environment Health & Safety and / or Company policy, to make sure that the working environment is always healthy and safe. 3. Maintain tools / equipment, machines and facilities for its functional readiness in supporting the Fitting process. 4. Report any deviation in specification verbally or in writing to the Production Supervisor, Process Engineer and / or Quality Engineer for proper decision and / or problem solving solution. 5. Utilize the Kronos system by scanning each working activities within the same working date and the time it took as the means to record each employee's daily activity which can also be used as an input in defining time standards of repair activities. |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | - Technical diploma or vocational school graduate with proper working experience. - Able to differentiate types of parts / components of Turbines. - Able to use proper measuring tool for components to be repaired and after repair processes. - Able to disassemble and to re-assemble Turbine components. - Able to weld and has proper skill in using welding equipment. - Able to read and understand Working Procedure, Working Instruction (Drawing) - Able to understand technical drawing. - Able to operate the computer (if needed). - Able to make a work report. - Able to operate and maintain working tools and equipment. - Willing to accept challenging assignments. - Willing to stay in Bandung city. |
