| Role Summary/Purpose: | The Engineer, Rotor Repair will play a key role on a team dedicated to modernizing our processes, methods and tooling for generator stator rewind overhaul and repair across the PGS (Power Generation Services) network. This individual will be responsible for identifying projects, providing input to strategic repair roadmap and leading key projects which add value to our services business through productivity and improved product performance and quality. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | As the Engineer, Rotor Repair, you will be expected to lead projects for assigned components, collaborate with global Repair Development Engineers, and support on-site industrialization of new processes. You will assure compliance with design standards / practices, and be on-time in fulfilling program objectives, schedules, cost and quality requirements. The Engineer, Rotor Repair will work closely with senior engineers and principal engineers for project design and technical guidance. You shall also provide collaboration with other members of the design team and actively take on cross-functional assignments.
