| Role Summary/Purpose: | We are looking for a high energy programmer to work with a fast paced team to develop our sales and customer community vision leveraging the salesforce.com platform. The individual will be responsible for transforming business requirements into digitized applications, processes, and workflows leveraging the salesforce / force.com platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of features and functions in the Customer Experience space. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | In addition, you will: - Work with the Business, Architects, and IT Project Managers to develop, analyze and validate requirements for solutions designed on the Salesforce.com platform - Be responsible for solution design, development, configuration, and testing of configured / custom applications utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, APEX, Visualforce, HTML 5, and Java - Perform data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader - Deploy and migrate applications using Force.com IDE - Partner with program manager to ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to: functional specifications, design specifications, development, configurations, quality assurance, implementations and tollgate reviews - Provide ongoing support of commercial / service related applications - Perform in-depth trend analysis to identify root cause and recommend change - Ensure conformance of established architecture, standards and practices - Follow project rigor and process, applying agile methodologies |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | - Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited College or University or ( a High School Diploma / GED With minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience) - Minimum of 2 years software development experience - Minimum of 1 year experience in developing configured / custom applications utilizing APEX, Visualforce, HTML5, CSS3, Java, JavaScript, JQuery |

| Desired Characteristics: | - Knowledge of Salesforce.com’s technical architecture - Knowledge of SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Force.com, and Chatter - Salesforce.com configuration including and not limited to workflows, data validations, import tools, security - Working knowledge of Salesforce APIs, SOAP or REST based web services - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills - Ability to interact/liaise with technical and business teams - Salesforce Developer Certification - Green Belt certified or equivalent quality certification - Experience with ServiceMax, ERP (SAP), JIRA, Predix, Agile Methodology |
