Role Summary/Purpose: | The Project Administrator will work within defined parameters to make decisions, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. The Project Administrator is responsible for aiding in planning, scheduling, and assisting Project Management team with documentation, process, and general engineering related support activities. |
Essential Responsibilities: | - Establish and maintain project administrative files and records. Provide document control support for customer and supplier submittals - Manage multiple requests, prioritize, and provide timely resolution - Perform labor / facility supply and demand analysis - Format / review documentation in preparation for release - Support Metrics collection, formatting, and presentation for review - Support schedule, milestone, and plan definition for project execution - Maintain schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed as per committed dates - Maintain functional relationship with internal Project Management partners including Sourcing, Finance, Supply Chain and Product Management - Provide Tool expertise (MS Office and change tracking) - Perform data analysis in support of the Project Manager - Track status and provide regular updates through the life-cycle of a project - Collect metrics to keep track of how the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable - Continuously monitor scope to ensure that what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management - Collect and prepare relevant information for presentations, reports, and project status meetings - Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks |
Qualifications/Requirements: | - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college - Prior project support or administrative role - Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office suite - Strong oral and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian - Ability to effectively interface with multiple levels of internal and external customers - Fluent in English and in Hungarian |
