Role Summary/Purpose: | The Repairs Engineering Coordinator demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. This role will have a group of direct reports in the Macaé Services & Repairs base, with Engineers and Designers. |
Essential Responsibilities: | - Provide leadership and technical direction to the team for a specific program / project to meet specific objectives - Establish the technical requirements, objectives, timing, resources and funding required and assuring conformance to standards and specifications - Manage the program / project, provide technical guidance and mentoring as necessary - Execute plans to achieve goals, effectively communicating results to the customer and document the results - Represent the Company in technical meetings close to the client and also internally; - Evaluate and give disposition to non-conformances of equipment and field problems (CIRs); |
Qualifications/Requirements: | - Graduation on Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Naval - Minimum of 6 years working on the area - Advanced English - Focus on results - Experience manageing and leading people, including processes, contracts and operations coordination; - Experience with subsea equipment, technical, maintenance and operations supports; - Experience documenting all technical data generated by the project in line with Company policies, standards and engineering procedures; - Experience realizing critical analysis/risks of proposals and contracts; - Experience planning the engineering workload x capacity to develop the projects (schedule, KPIs); - Experience training and supervising a team of engineers, designers, drafters, technical and assistants |
