| Role Summary/Purpose: | The Services PowerUp Engineer will be responsible for application support and requisition fulfillment of CM&U’s (Conversions, Modifications and Upgrades) for the growing Wind installed base. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | As a Services PowerUp Engineer, you will: - Support PowerUp operations for select customers from initial estimation through implementation and validation - Support sales team by working directly with customers to identify potential products to meet their needs. - Cost estimation for engineered CM&U’s. - respond to various technical questions regarding Wind Turbine products and systems solutions. - Act as single point of contact for technical decisions with project teams and end customers to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. - Effectively mitigate technical risks and coordinate the resolution of all technical issues for PowerUp and CMU’s |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | - Bachelor Degree or equivalent in engineering sciences or equivalent - Working Experience in Wind Energy - Experience in wind turbine or power plant systems - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Experience in working with international teams - Self-motivated team player - Willingness to travel occasionally based on customer-, team- and training needs |
