Role Summary/Purpose: This role will be measured on its customer relationship and the ability to produce financial and operating results for the Renewables Projects business. Each Project Leader will be required to work independently to manage the customer contract. They will be responsible for delivering an on time project while managing the budgets efficiently while utilizing project management tools
Essential Responsibilities: The role includes managing the customer relationship & ability to meet internal GE objectives. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Coordinating with Supply chain to ensure Wind Turbines and associated components are delivered to site per contractual requirements.
Working with GFO and site teams and planning for repair, refurbishment or replacement of components as required.

- Interface with Sales / Commercial and Risk teams for new customer opportunities.

- Executing Contract obligations to achieve Financial Operating Plan.

- Order / track / validate Invoicing for Equipment, parts and services provided to the customer.

- Cost or financial data collection and reconciliation

- Support our Services teams and customer in unplanned shutdowns and planned maintenance outages as required.

- Build strong partnerships within the value chain organization which will be extremely important to deliver high quality services

- Stay current on our technology offerings and Develop and maintain an understanding of wind farms
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college.

- At least 2- 4 years power generation experience and/or industry related experience)

- Wind Turbine technology experience (minimum of 1 year)

- Demonstrated management experience (minimum of 1 year)

- Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (GE employees only)
- Wind Turbine and BOP knowledge
- Familiarity with Equipment and Services contracts
- Sales experience with direct customer interface
- Renewables Energy Leadership Program (RELP) or other Wind Turbine related experience
- Successful P&L experience
- Demonstrated communication & organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Strong business / financial skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Technically savvy while having strong business acumen and ability to drive overall solutions/rigor to meet customer needs
