Role Summary/Purpose: | Responsible for entering quotes, processing and verifying standard and special sales orders, and resolving all related problems of different sales regions: Asia and India, East Europe & Africa, West Europe, US, Middle East and Latin America. |
Essential Responsibilities: | Screen and prioritize incoming requests, received via fax or email. Enter Quotes/Orders into Oracle based Parts ERP System. Purchase Order Verify (POV) existing orders. Send out initial customer quote and order acknowledgements. Support global team entry activities and metrics. Support new system releases and enhancement testing (i.e. Oracle ERP). Further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the immediate leader/manager assigns verbally or in writing. Follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules, execute mandatory EHS trainings and immediately report the incidents and near misses as required. |
Qualifications/Requirements: | 1-3 years of experience in customer service is an advantage, experience in a multinational company is a plus. High School degree. College degree or equivalent experience is an advantage Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office softwares. Confident communication level of spoken and written English. Fluent Hungarian is a must A second language (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Arabian, Chinese, Japanese) is a plus. |
