| Role Summary/Purpose: | The Purpose of this role is to focus on the Renewables Business’s Project Execution Operating Mechanism driving the Fulfillment 5 metrics, help in cross-functional coordination, stream-line our programs / initiatives to help drive a better customer satisfaction. Working closely with our Global teams, the Ops Leader will ensure Best practices are shared and Lessons Learned are captured. Will work seamlessly with Supply Chain, Engineering and Sales teams to drive issue resolution. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | Support the Projects team towards ensuring On-time delivery and drive productivity. - Capture Lessons Learned and help drive systematic improvements in Project Execution. - Work closely with Engineering and Sourcing teams to ensure Quick resolution of issues. - Address product quality issues with Supply chain and Quality teams. - Support ITO with Vendor qualification. - Drive operational rigor through weekly Operations calls involving cross functional regional/ global teams. - Support Quality Audits and Reviews as necessary. - Provide Customer Support and Customer Visits as necessary. |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or business. Master’s degree desirable. - Minimum 10 years progressively responsible leadership experience in Energy Industry. - Strong business acumen, problem-solving and organizational skills. - Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. - Ability to energize and motivate teams in a dynamic environment. |
