| Role Summary/Purpose: | To independently lead software development and deployment on Energy Management domains for customer requirements. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | 1. Provide maintenance and service contracts support with customer including 24x7 support 2. Interact with customers and commercial teams on requirement specifications and technical support 3. Strong problem solving skills in resolving customer issues. 4. Travel to customer sites to solve customer issues, installation, commissioning and SAT activities. 5. Understand and design of software solutions and Lead the design, development and testing of SCADA software applications 6. Strictly follow all quality and documentation processes 7. Liaise and communicate effectively with the Project Management, Service Team, Customers, and Sales Team to provide superior customer support. 8. Provide both external and internal timely, accurate, and professional reports as directed |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | 1. B Tech/BE/ME/M.Tech in Electrical or Computer Science from reputed institutes 2. Excellent programming skills in C/C++ on UNIX (SOLARIS, AIX or HP) 3. Ability to work in a group environment as a team player and be flexible with customer change requests. 4. Solid communication skills (oral & written) |
