| Role Summary/Purpose: | As a Business Analyst, be responsible for Owning & driving sustainance of multiple PLM instances |
| Essential Responsibilities: | *Responsible for Performance & Availability of PLM applications *Provide Support, technical direction, guidance for the functional team *Responsible for managing defects/enhancements identified in the production *Be the liaison for the Functional team on technical issues *Own & Drive sustainance releases with in schedule & quality *Work with development teams & coordinate the releases *Prioritize, deliver and drive releases managing dynamic & changing needs *Effective Communication with stakeholders on the issues & actions *Strong Root Causing and Problem solving skills *Deep analytical and assessment skills as well as organization and process skills *Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously *Involve actively with development teams to design for RTS *Compliance to processes and measurements |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | * BE / BTech / ME/MTech/MCA or equivalent will work. *7+ yrs of development experience in a software company with min. of 3 yrs in development lead role. *Extensive knowledge of Enovia PLM implementation. *Knowledge in TCL and MQL scripts. *Working experience with global & diverse teams *Proficient in software development life cycle& experience in agile development, short release cycles and the full software lifecycle. *Strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills. *Ability to influence peers, managers, executives, and other teams. *Expert ability to analyze / interpret technical data. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable organizational skills to effectively work with the Global teams. *Deliver the tasks on time with quality. |
