| Role Summary/Purpose: | As a Technical Project Manager, be responsible for the co-ordination & communication with project teams and be the overall responsible for On-time Delivery and Quality of the PLM release. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | - Responsible for preparing & tracking of detailed project plan - Responsible for coordination and communication of project status with stakeholders - Responsible for design , development and testing quality and on time delivery - Responsible for defining SOW & deploying the vendor resources for TG3 & TG4 - Establish rhythm with vendor teams & manage day to day deliverables - Be the project change owner to control scope creep with appropriate impact analysis on schedule/effort - Ownership and adherence to all required PLM standard deliverables - Involving the right folks during the technical discussions - Identify the Risks and communicate appropriate mitigation plans - Highlight design gaps with architects and bring to closure - Be the liaison for Functional team on technical issues - Responsible for Performance & Availability of PLM application - Own & Drive sustenance releases with in schedule & quality - Work across multiple projects simultaneously - Involve actively with development teams to design for RTS - Compliance to processes and measurements |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | - BE / BTech / ME/MTech/MCA or equivalent degree - 10+ yrs. of overall experience in a software development process with min. of 3+ yrs. in project management role, min 5+ yrs. experience in Enovia PLM - Extensive knowledge of Enovia PLM implementations - Proficient in software development life cycle& experience in agile development, short release cycles and the full software lifecycle. - Knowledge in TCL and MQL scripts. - Strong design and reasoning skills - Ability to influence global teams, managers, executives, and other teams - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable organizational skills to effectively work with the Global teams - Demonstrated experience working successfully in a fast-paced matrix organization, and adapting to changing priorities and features - Ability to learn new technology and build in-depth expertise - Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously |
