| Role Summary/Purpose: | Systems Analyst is responsible for understanding the Functional Specification & HLD thoroughly to develop detailed design and to develop the solution for Enovia Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | *Development of new software modules and applications using Enovia PLM *Maintenance of existing applications, performing code reviews on the existing/developed artifacts *Verifying software functions as required and fixing issues as needed *Should have very Good Knowledge of software development methodology/processes and life cycle *Documenting development work as specified in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) guidelines and business coding standards *Development of Unit Test Plans *Fixing Bugs and Unit Testing of developed code and bug fixes *Application installations and execution of User Acceptance and Unit test plans *Providing progress updates to Project Leaders *Good Communication & Analytical Skills *Good GE Values *Proactive and Problem Solving Skills *Familiarity in Six Sigma methodology, CMM *Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplined, multi-functional team environment with Integrity and accountability |
