| Role Summary/Purpose: | The Water Engineering Program will be an exciting entry point for recent engineering graduates with interest in the Water business. This program will develop technical problem-solving and leadership skills through hands-on field work starting up and troubleshooting systems on customer sites. It will provide in-depth exposure to GE Water's major product lines, integration with project execution teams, as well as integrated formal training. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | Over the course of the program, participants will have an opportunity to work in 3 other areas of the GE Power and Water business for 2 weeks each, such as: Technology, New Product Introductions, Applications Engineering, Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Quality, Service, and Commissioning leadership.
