Essential Responsibilities: | - Partners with key Business stakeholders in EME Supply Chain to identify, define, and drive execution of strategic change opportunities
- Lead functional process development/simplification across the complete value chain to enable efficient attainment of commercial growth objectives
- Defines process capability targets, establishes performance standards, and implements related controls in projects demand planning, inventory management, tactical planning, and factory execution in line with LEAN Brilliant Factory principles
- Interpret analytical models, conduct analysis to gain insights into business opportunities, propose solutions and quantify the improvements in Supply Chain metrics
- Understand and direct configuration of supply chain planning systems; recommend optimized system parameter settings to accomplish efficiency gains
- Bring industry best practices, and drives establishment and regular review of supply chain standard operating procedures
- Work cross functionally to enhance business performance throughout project life cycles
- Perform analysis and recommend supply chain cost reduction strategies

Qualifications/Requirements: | - Graduate of an accredited college or university with a degree in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or applied sciences or equivalent
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Optimization, and Continuous Improvement techniques, and demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge on various business problems
- Knowledge of basic supply chain processes: demand planning, inventory management, strategic, tactical and operations planning, manufacturing, procurement
- Working knowledge of typical Supply Chain Planning applications systems and technical platform capabilities
- Ability to work with limited supervision, under tight schedules to complete assigned projects
- Basic knowledge of product development life cycle
- Ability to prepare and manage project budgets
- Direct experience in a disciplined project/program management role
- Demonstrated problem solving skills. Willing and adaptable to fill in white spaces in the organization where it is exposed
- Experience in working in a multi-site environment.
- Change management skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams through changes in processes, methods and tools
- Excellent English language communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) are essential
