This position works closely with the Commercial and Finance teams to lead Administration of the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan for the Business. This Includes Facilitating Plan Design, Administration and Payroll processing.
Essential Responsibilities: In addition, you will:

Manage the SIC System data and processes

Drive Participant Management Process

Manage Transaction Claiming and Dispute resolution Process

Work with Sales/Commercial leadership to Drive On time Metrics review and approval

Mange Performance rating Processes for SIC

Help Drive Payout Validation for SIC process

Manage payroll Submission process for SIC

Drive System Design Simplification for the SIC system

Work with Vendor teams to Drive On time Delivery of Services

Work with P&L SFE and Finance team to ensure Data Accuracy

Manage SIC tools and Systems
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SFE and/or Sales Incentive domain

Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Synygy tools and Platform
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Desired Characteristics: Managed Sales incentive Compensation Process in the past. Strong Knowledge of Synygy back. Experience of Implementation of Plan design in Synygy. Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex SIC issues . Strong oral and written communication skills . Strong interpersonal and leadership skills . MS Office proficiency
